1. What BirthdayMoments Is
BirthdayMoments allows users to:
- Create a public birthday page to celebrate their special day.
- Receive birthday messages, wishes, and reactions from friends.
- Share wishlists and optional gift information.
- Look back at past birthday moments in their history.
2. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you post on your birthday page.
- You must not upload harmful, offensive, illegal, or misleading content.
- You must not impersonate others or create pages for someone without consent.
- You maintain ownership of your photos, but grant us a license to display them on your page.
3. Messages & Content
Messages sent to birthday pages are user-generated.
- We do not verify the truth, accuracy, or intention of messages or gift promises.
- We reserve the right to remove content that violates our community guidelines (e.g., hate speech, spam).
4. Gifts & Payments
Important: BirthdayMoments. does not process payments directly.
- Any bank details, QR codes, or gift information are shared at the owner’s sole discretion.
- We are not responsible for financial transactions made outside the platform.
- We are not liable for lost gifts or unfulfilled promises made by visitors.
5. Access & Security
- Page owners access special features using OTP (One-Time Password) or secure links.
- You are responsible for keeping your access links and codes private.
6. Changes & Liability
BirthdayMoments is provided "as is". We are not liable for lost data, lost gifts, or misuse of shared information. We may suspend or delete accounts that abuse the platform.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. We believe in collecting only what is necessary to celebrate your day.
1. What We Collect
- Identity: Name or username.
- Contact: Email address (strictly for verification, OTPs, and birthday reminders).
- Dates: Date of birth (to calculate age and countdowns).
- Content: Messages sent to birthday pages, optional profile images, and wishlist items.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To create and display your public birthday page.
- To send you OTPs for login or notifications when you get a message.
- To improve the platform experience.
3. What We DO NOT Do
- ❌ We do not sell your data to third parties.
- ❌ We do not run ads using your personal sensitive information.
- ❌ We do not access your bank accounts.
4. Messages & Public Visibility
Birthday pages are public by default so friends can easily find you. However, page owners have control over what appears on their page. Messages sent to you may be visible to other visitors depending on your page settings.
5. Payments & Cash Gifting
- Bank Details: If you enable Cash Gifting, we store the account details or payment links (e.g., PayStack/Yoco) you provide solely to display them to your friends.
- No Direct Processing: We do not process transactions or hold funds. All transfers happen directly between the sender and your bank or payment provider.
- Card Security: We never ask for or store your debit/credit card numbers, CVV, or PINs on our servers.
6. Cookies & Data Storage
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in during your session. We store data securely, and OTPs expire automatically to prevent unauthorized access.
7. Your Control
You can edit your birthday page, hide personal details, or request full deletion of your page at any time via the Help section.

What is BirthdayMoments?
A platform where people celebrate birthdays digitally — messages, memories, wishes, and moments all in one place. It acts as a central hub for your special day.
How do I log in?
We don't use passwords! To access your Owner Dashboard, follow these steps:
- Go to your personal birthday page (e.g.,
myBirthdayMoments.com/username).
- Click the Owner Login button (or the ⚙️ gear icon).
- Enter your Username.
- Check your email for a Verification Code.
- Enter the code to unlock your settings, messages, and cash gifts!
Tip: If you lost your link, search your email inbox for "Welcome to BirthdayMoments" to find it.
Do I need a password?
No! We use a passwordless system. Page owners verify access using secure email OTPs (One-Time Passwords). It's safer and easier to remember.
Is it free?
Yes, creating a page and receiving messages is free.
Do you handle the money for gifts?
No. We do not touch your money. If you add cash gifting details, the transaction happens directly between you and your friend (e.g., via their banking app). We just display the info.
What happens after my birthday?
Your page enters "History Mode." You can revisit it to see the messages and memories. Next year, it resets for a new celebration!
Can I delete my page?
Yes, absolutely. You have full control to delete your page and data at any time from your dashboard settings.

Can't access your page?
Please request a new OTP and check your Spam/Junk folder. OTPs usually arrive within 2 minutes.
